Shipping policy

At Five Olive Leaves, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. During collection launches or seasonal periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $100 CAD. Shipping rates for orders under $100 CAD are calculated at checkout based on your location.

All orders are shipped from Calgary, Alberta. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

We currently offer local delivery within Calgary. Orders within 10 km of our NW Calgary location qualify for free delivery, while a $5 delivery fee applies to addresses outside that radius within Calgary. Please note that all deliveries are made on Sundays, and details will be arranged after your order is placed.

Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Five Olive Leaves is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at nabila@fiveoliveleaves.ca with your order number and photos of the package and item so we can assist you.
