How long will my order take to ship?
Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted
in small batches, with care and intention. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before it begins its journey to you. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once it has been dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on
Canadian orders over $100 CAD. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you offer local delivery?
We currently offer local delivery within Calgary. Orders within 8 km of our NW Calgary location qualify for free delivery, while a $5 delivery fee applies to addresses outside that radius within Calgary.
Please note that all deliveries are made on Sundays, and details will be arranged after your order is placed.
Will my felt flowers look exactly like the photos?
No two handmade pieces are ever
perfectly identical — and that is part of their charm. Slight variations in colour, shape, and detailing reflect the beauty of handcrafted work.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each item is handcrafted in small batches, all sales are considered final. We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, sizing preference, scent preference, or minor variations in design. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email nabila@fiveoliveleaves.ca within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. I will personally make it right.
