Refund policy

At Five Olive Leaves, each item is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches — including our felt flowers, bouquets, accessories, décor pieces, and essential oil blends. Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing preferences, scent preferences, or minor variations in colour and detailing. Slight variations are part of the beauty of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on essential oil blends, diffusers, or hair accessories (including clips and flower crowns).

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at nabila@fiveoliveleaves.ca with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale.
